Need to return something?
Let’s face it, returns can be a bit of a nuisance. You’ve ordered something, and now you’ve got to send it back. Yawn. But don’t panic, here at Bluestone we’ve worked hard to ensure this process is as seamless as possible.

First of all we offer a 30 days Warranty.
All products come with a free replacement warranty for 30 days from purchase.
If your purchase does not match the product page photos or description, or the item is defective, please contact us within 48 hours after receiving your order - we will make sure that all of your issues are resolved.
Please note that if you don't contact us within 2 business days right after the delivery, we cannot refund or change your item for any reason nor in any way.
If you received the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours right after delivery. We will arrange to deliver the correct items or return all your payment.
For defective or faulty products, please take photos or videos and email us at email@example.com - we will replace or refund your purchase after confirmation.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 2 days have gone since you contacted us we can do nothing more for you. If you have requested help within the 2 days and you don't get a reply within the next 28 days, we can offer you both the refund/exchange and an extra discount code for the help issue you had. Because of that, we commit ourselves to do everything helpful for you and solve your issue in this max. time period. Anyway, we usually reply to you within 1-3 business days.
In order to receive your refund please also follow and check the steps below:
- Products can only be returned if they are still in their original condition and intact packaging (exeption only for not-photo-matching and/or description-different products). Used products, or products damaged by the customer will not be eligible for refund.
- Request your Return Authorization Number by emailing us at firstname.lastname@example.org with detailed reason for return and pictures&videos of the product that can visibly support your reason.
Upon approval you will receive the address of the closest warehouse where you can mail the product you would like to return.
Shipping costs are non-refundable by the store because of the free shipping while ordering. Please make sure you send the item back as a gift as we don't cover custom fees for returns.
Upon the receipt of your package your products will be examined and a full refund will be issued to your original payment method within 14 days after receiving the package back. A refund receipt will be send to the email address you used when you placed the order in the Store.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted
Any item not in its original condition, damaged or with missing parts for reasons not due from us won't be eligible for refund.
Applicable also for any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery, and for requests communicated after more than 2 days from delivery.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases. Thanks for the apprehension.
Exchanges (if applicable)

Sale/Promotion items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Can I cancel my order after it has been placed?
Unfortunately, we are unable to cancel your order once it has been processed and/or shipped. If you cancel your order before it has been processed and/or shipped, you will be assessed a 20% cancellation fee to cover restocking fees and the charges assessed to us for refunds by the credit card companies.
- Buyer no longer wants the items - this is the most common example which we cannot honor if we want to continue offering great value at Blue Stone. The buyer should make sure he or she wants to buy the items before submitting an order, not after. After an order is submitted, the buyer enters into a legally binding contract with the seller to purchase all items included in that order.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted and visible.
Next contact your bank. There is often some long processing time before a refund is posted and visible.
