Let’s face it, returns can be a bit of a nuisance. You’ve ordered something, and now you’ve got to send it back. Yawn. But don’t panic, here at Bluestone we’ve worked hard to ensure this process is as seamless as possible.
14 days refund policy.
Our refund policy lasts 14 days, and covers defective items, items damaged in transit, and in most cases even if the product don't fit your taste, you will be able to get a refun. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase was delivered, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
Refunds & Exchanges
At any time within 14 days of receiving your order if you decide that our merch doesn't fit your taste just email us at email@example.com and we will give you a refund!
If you're not satisfied we would not feel right keeping your money, so we make it easy to get a refund. And to be clear, there are no strings attached, no forms to fill out, nothing to prove.
Anyway it's better if you include a valid reason or/and pictures of the damaged items.
Most cases we won't even ask for the items to be returned, as we're confident in our produts. Just for the record, we've served more than 20,000 customers and haven't had more than 20 refund requests.
If you have to return the items, you will receive the address of the closest warehouse where you can mail the product you have to return.
Shipping costs for the return and eventual custom fees are not covered by us.
For faulty items, we will send out a replacement if available. If a replacement is not available, we will refund the full purchase price of your item.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Bluestone is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. Upon inquiry, Bluestone will confirm the delivery to the address provided, date of delivery, tracking information, and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.
