Refund Policy

Let’s face it, returns can be a bit of a nuisance. You’ve ordered something, and now you’ve got to send it back. Yawn. But don’t panic, here at Bluestone we’ve worked hard to ensure this process is as seamless as possible.

14 days refund policy.

Our refund policy lasts 14 days, and only covers defective items or items damaged in transit. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase was delivered, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

Refunds & Exchanges

To be eligible for a refund or exchange, you must first email us at support@bluestoneclub.com within 2 days of receiving your order and include pictures of the damaged items. Upon receipt, we will send out a replacement if available. If a replacement is not available, we will refund the full purchase price of your item.

    Upon approval you will receive the address of the closest warehouse where you can mail the product you would like to return. Shipping costs for the return and eventual custom fees are not covered by us.

    Exchanges

    Lost or Stolen Packages


    Bluestone 
    is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. Upon inquiry, Bluestone will confirm the delivery to the address provided, date of delivery, tracking information, and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.
